Spidev is an AI company based in Monterrey, Mexico, that works remotely with companies across Mexico and Latin America, including Argentina, in Spanish and English. We design, build and operate AI agents that work inside the tools your company already uses — WhatsApp, your ERP, your CRM, email and your spreadsheets — to answer customers, take orders, check invoices, track electronic credit invoices, apply payments and handle support. The first agents reach production in weeks, and then we keep running and tuning them.

What we automate for companies in Argentina
These are agents we can build and operate for agribusinesses, auto parts makers, distributors, service and software companies. Each one works inside your tools and hands a person whatever needs judgment.
01
Supplier invoices checked against your ERP
When a supplier sends you its electronic invoice, the agent reads it — issuer CUIT, amounts and taxes — and matches it against the purchase order and goods receipt in your ERP. If everything ties out, it leaves the entry ready; if not, it hands the differences to accounts payable with the detail. More in AI agents for finance & operations.
02
MiPyME electronic credit invoices with the deadline under control
If your company is large and buys from MiPyMEs (small and mid-sized businesses), it receives Facturas de Crédito Electrónicas with a deadline to accept or reject them; if you do nothing, they count as accepted. The agent tracks every FCE received, matches it against the goods receipt and purchase order and alerts your team before the deadline. Rejecting an invoice, which is only allowed for errors, defects or discrepancies, is decided by a person.
03
WhatsApp orders for distributors
The shops and customers that buy from you send orders on WhatsApp; the agent shares the price list and stock, takes item codes and quantities, enters the order in your ERP or Google Sheets and confirms the delivery date. Special terms and customer accounts stay with your sales rep. See AI for distributors.
04
Bank transfer and QR payments, applied
When a customer pays by bank transfer or with a QR code and sends you the receipt on WhatsApp, the agent reads it, finds the credit in your bank transactions, applies it to the open invoice in your ERP and updates the customer’s account. Payments it can’t find or that don’t match go to treasury with the detail.
05
Collections on customer accounts
Before each due date, the agent sends the reminder with the invoice by email or on WhatsApp, using approved templates; it answers the usual questions — how much do I owe, which account do I transfer to — with data from your ERP and logs every payment promise. Late payments, payment plans and sensitive cases go to a person on your team with the full history.
06
Quotes for auto parts makers and industrial suppliers
When an automaker or industrial customer asks for a quote by email, the agent pulls out part numbers, quantities, specifications and lead times, looks up costs and history in your ERP or spreadsheets and leaves a draft ready. Your sales or engineering team reviews it, adjusts it and sends it. See AI for manufacturing.
07
First-line support for software and services companies
When a ticket comes into Zendesk or by email, the agent answers what is already documented, asks for the details needed to reproduce the problem and, if it’s a bug, opens it in Jira with full context. Your engineers get cases ready to work on, not half-finished conversations. See AI agents for customer support.
08
WhatsApp customer service with real data
Questions about an order, a shipment, a warranty or an invoice get answered on WhatsApp with data from your CRM or ERP, and every case is logged. Complaints and anything out of the ordinary go to your team with the full conversation. See WhatsApp AI agents.
Why AI makes sense in Argentina
According to INDEC’s report on export complexes for 2025, Argentina’s goods exports totaled USD 87,111 million: the soybean complex contributed 24.6%, oil and petrochemicals 13.5% and automotive 10.1%. Services are exported too: in the second quarter of 2026, services exports were estimated at USD 4,942 million, of which USD 1,965 million were other business services and USD 809 million telecommunications, computer and information services.
Across all those chains — agribusiness, energy, auto parts, services — there is administrative work that repeats: invoices someone checks by hand, orders arriving on WhatsApp, payments to apply and credit invoices with deadlines. On top of that, electronic invoices only have tax effects for third parties once ARCA — the agency that replaced AFIP in 2024 (Decreto 953/2024) — grants their CAE: every invoice is a digital document an agent can read and match against your ERP without anyone entering it again.
Data protection in an AI project in Argentina
The general rule is Ley 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data, from 2000, regulated by Decreto 1558/2001. The enforcement authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), under Decreto 746/2017, and public files and databases, as well as private ones intended to provide reports, must be registered in the Registro Nacional de Bases de Datos Personales. Argentina has also approved Convention 108 on the automated processing of personal data (Ley 27.483) and its amending protocol, known as Convention 108+ (Ley 27.699).
Ley 25.326 is still the law in force, and in 2024 the AAIP updated two things: it approved a new classification of infringements and scale of sanctions (Resolución 126/2024) and presented a guide for responsible artificial intelligence, covering transparency and personal data protection, aimed at public and private organizations.
In our projects, every agent gets only the permissions it needs, access is managed with OAuth and encrypted keys, every action is logged and a person on your team approves decisions that affect someone. How these rules apply to your project is worth reviewing with your legal advisor: this is not legal advice.
Working with a team in Monterrey
Argentina uses the UTC−3 time zone, according to the Servicio de Hidrografía Naval. Monterrey is on UTC−6 all year, because since 2022 Mexico only applies seasonal time in some municipalities on the northern border (Ley de los Husos Horarios). Your team is three hours ahead of ours: your afternoon is our morning, and that is where we share a good part of the working day. And because the agents work inside your cloud tools, what they do doesn’t depend on where we are.
The process is the same as with any company in Mexico: a free AI consultation to understand your operation, a proposal with fixed scope, timeline and price before we charge anything, the first agents in production in weeks and, after that, we run them: we monitor them, tune them and stay accountable for their results. If we don’t see a clear case, we tell you.
If you are comparing options
Our guide on how to choose an AI company is written for Mexico, but its 10 questions work just as well in Argentina: whether you can see one of their systems in production, who runs it after delivery and how they will handle your customers’ personal data, among others. Why companies choose Spidev
We build and we operate. You don’t get a prototype and a handoff: we take the agents to production, monitor them and tune them as your operation changes. We stay accountable for the results they deliver.
Fixed price before we charge. The first consultation is free and the proposal comes with fixed scope, timeline and price. If we don’t see a clear case, we tell you.
In production in weeks, not months. We work in short cycles so you see real results from the start, not slide decks.
With the tools you already use. WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, email and spreadsheets: we connect 128+ integrations without making you switch systems.
Your team stays in control. Least-privilege permissions, OAuth and encrypted keys, every action logged, and a person approves anything that matters.
No model lock-in. We run Claude, GPT or whichever model performs best for your operation, and swap it without migrations when a better one appears.

Frequently asked questions
Does Spidev work with companies in Argentina?
Yes. Spidev is based in Monterrey, Mexico, and works with companies across Mexico and Latin America, including Argentina, in Spanish and English. The agents we build work inside your company’s tools — WhatsApp, ERP, CRM, email —, so what they do doesn’t depend on where the vendor sits.
What does it take to implement an AI agent in an Argentine company?
A repetitive process with enough volume that lives in digital tools — WhatsApp, an ERP, a CRM, email or spreadsheets — and access to those tools with the minimum permissions the work needs. You don’t have to switch systems: we connect 128+ integrations and, if your ERP is a different one, we connect it if it has an API or can export data.
Does the agent connect to ARCA?
Not on its own. It reads the invoices you receive and issue, and it works inside your ERP, invoicing system and email. Your team decides on and handles issuing, accepting or rejecting a document — including a Factura de Crédito Electrónica.
Which personal data law applies to an AI project in Argentina?
Ley 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulatory Decreto 1558/2001, with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública as the enforcement authority. The AAIP has also published a guide for responsible artificial intelligence. Review your case with your legal advisor; this is not legal advice.
What language do you work in?
We work with clients in both Spanish and English, so your team can work with us in whichever it prefers.
How much does an AI project cost for a company in Argentina?
It depends on the number of agents and the systems to integrate. Besides implementation, count AI model and WhatsApp usage, which Meta prices differently in each country; we break it down country by country in how much AI implementation costs. We start with a free consultation and deliver a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before charging anything. The first agents reach production in weeks.
