Spidev is an AI company based in Monterrey, Mexico, that works remotely with companies across Mexico and Latin America, including Chile, in Spanish and English. We design, build and operate AI agents that work inside the tools your company already uses — SAP or another ERP, CRM, Outlook, Teams, WhatsApp and spreadsheets — to check electronic tax documents, prepare quotes, follow up on purchase orders, collect payments and answer customers. The first agents reach production in weeks, and then we keep running and tuning them.

What we automate for companies in Chile
These are agents we can build and operate for mining suppliers, industrial companies, distributors, carriers and service companies. Each one works inside your tools and hands a person whatever needs judgment.
01
Incoming invoices checked before the claim deadline
Every day the agent reads the XML of each e-invoice you received — issuer RUT, amounts and taxes — and matches it against the purchase order, the guía de despacho and the goods receipt in SAP or your ERP; the ones that don’t tie out get flagged. Because the law gives eight calendar days from receipt to dispute an invoice, those differences reach your team with time to decide whether to accept or dispute it. More in AI agents for finance & operations.
02
Dispatch guides and deliveries reconciled
For every shipment, the agent matches the electronic guía de despacho against the order and the customer’s delivery confirmation, and flags deliveries that still have no invoice or show quantity differences. What to do about a difference — issue a credit note, replace goods, file a claim with the carrier — is decided by a person.
03
Tie-out against the Registro de Compras y Ventas
Before each close, the agent compares what is booked in your ERP with the Registro de Compras y Ventas detail your team shares with it, and builds an Excel list of documents that are missing, extra or have different amounts. Your accountant reviews the differences and decides the adjustments; the agent doesn’t file returns or connect to the SII on its own.
04
Quotes for mining and industrial suppliers
When a mining company or industrial customer sends a request for quotation by email, the agent pulls out items, quantities, specifications and lead times, looks up prices and history in your ERP and leaves a draft ready. Your sales or technical team reviews it, adjusts it and sends it. See AI for manufacturing.
05
Purchase order and delivery date follow-up
For every open order, the agent asks the supplier for confirmation and a delivery date by email or WhatsApp, updates SAP or your tracking sheet and alerts procurement when something is running late. What to do about a delay — find another supplier, change priorities — is decided by a person.
06
Collections on issued invoices
Before each due date, the agent sends the reminder with the invoice by email or on WhatsApp, using approved templates; it receives the transfer receipt, matches it against your bank statement and marks the payment in your ERP. Late payments, renegotiations and sensitive cases go to a person on your team with the full history.
07
Customer service with data from your CRM
Questions about an order, a shipment, a warranty or an invoice get answered on WhatsApp, email or chat with data from your CRM or ERP, and every case is logged as a ticket in Salesforce or your help desk. Complaints and anything out of the ordinary go to your team with the full conversation. See AI agents for customer support.
08
Recruiting for roles with many applicants
When a job opening gets more applications than your team can review, the agent screens CVs against your requirements, asks the first questions and books interviews in Outlook or Google Calendar. The hiring manager interviews and decides, and every applicant hears back at each stage. See AI agents for HR.
Why AI makes sense in Chile
Mining matters in Chile like in few other countries: according to Cochilco’s Yearbook of Copper and Other Mineral Statistics, it accounted for 61.2% of Chile’s exports in 2025 — copper alone, 50.3% —, and Chile was the world’s largest producer of mined copper, with 5.4 million tonnes of fine copper. A chain like that keeps many suppliers, carriers and service companies busy, and with them a lot of administrative work: quotes, purchase orders, shipments and invoices.
On top of that, invoices in Chile are electronic by law (Ley 20.727), receipts (boletas) have been too since 2021, and electronic tax documents — invoices, dispatch guides, credit and debit notes, boletas — are generated in XML format. That is structured data an agent can read and match against your ERP without anyone typing it in again, so your team spends its time deciding.
Data protection: Ley 21.719
Ley 19.628, on the protection of private life, is the law in force today. Ley 21.719, published in the Diario Oficial on December 13, 2024, amends it and creates the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales, an autonomous public-law corporation that relates to the President through the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism. Its text sets the entry into force for December 1, 2026, but on October 28, 2026 the Senate passed a bill that postpones it to October 15, 2027 and is now before the Chamber of Deputies: check the date in force before you plan your project.
For an AI project, three points of the new law matter most. It sets consent as the general rule, alongside other legal bases such as performing a contract or legitimate interest. It recognizes the right to object to, and not be subject to, decisions based on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, that produce legal effects on the person or significantly affect them. And it requires reporting security breaches to the Agency, with fines of up to 20,000 UTM for the most serious infringements.
In our projects, every agent gets only the permissions it needs, access is managed with OAuth and encrypted keys, every action is logged and a person on your team approves decisions that affect someone. How the law applies to your project is worth reviewing with your legal advisor: this is not legal advice.
Working with a team in Monterrey
Continental Chile is on UTC−4 and moves one hour ahead, to UTC−3, from midnight at the end of the first Saturday of September to midnight at the end of the first Saturday of April; the Aysén and Magallanes regions stay on UTC−3 all year (Decreto 98 de 2026). Monterrey is on UTC−6 all year, because since 2022 Mexico only applies seasonal time in some municipalities on the northern border (Ley de los Husos Horarios). Your team is two or three hours ahead of ours, depending on the time of year, so we share a good part of the working day. And because the agents work inside your cloud tools, what they do doesn’t depend on where we are.
The process is the same as with any company in Mexico: a free AI consultation to understand your operation, a proposal with fixed scope, timeline and price before we charge anything, the first agents in production in weeks and, after that, we run them: we monitor them, tune them and stay accountable for their results. If we don’t see a clear case, we tell you.
If you are comparing options
Our guide on how to choose an AI company is written for Mexico, but its 10 questions work just as well in Chile: whether you can see one of their systems in production, who runs it after delivery and how they will handle your customers’ personal data, among others. Why companies choose Spidev
We build and we operate. You don’t get a prototype and a handoff: we take the agents to production, monitor them and tune them as your operation changes. We stay accountable for the results they deliver.
Fixed price before we charge. The first consultation is free and the proposal comes with fixed scope, timeline and price. If we don’t see a clear case, we tell you.
In production in weeks, not months. We work in short cycles so you see real results from the start, not slide decks.
With the tools you already use. WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, email and spreadsheets: we connect 128+ integrations without making you switch systems.
Your team stays in control. Least-privilege permissions, OAuth and encrypted keys, every action logged, and a person approves anything that matters.
No model lock-in. We run Claude, GPT or whichever model performs best for your operation, and swap it without migrations when a better one appears.

Frequently asked questions
Does Spidev work with companies in Chile?
Yes. Spidev is based in Monterrey, Mexico, and works with companies across Mexico and Latin America, including Chile, in Spanish and English. The agents we build work inside your company’s tools — ERP, CRM, email, WhatsApp —, so what they do doesn’t depend on where the vendor sits.
What does it take to implement an AI agent in a Chilean company?
A repetitive process with enough volume that lives in digital tools — SAP or another ERP, a CRM, email, WhatsApp or spreadsheets — and access to those tools with the minimum permissions the work needs. You don’t have to switch systems: we connect 128+ integrations and, if your ERP is a different one, we connect it if it has an API or can export data.
Does the agent connect to the SII?
Not on its own. It works with the XML of your electronic tax documents and with the data your company already has in its ERP, invoicing software and email. Your team decides whether to issue, accept or dispute a document; the agent can leave it prepared for a person to confirm.
What does the new personal data law change for an AI project?
Ley 21.719 creates the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales, recognizes the right not to be subject to automated decisions that produce legal effects on a person or significantly affect them, and requires reporting security breaches. Its text sets the entry into force for December 1, 2026, but in October 2026 the Senate voted to postpone it and the bill is still in Congress. Review your case with your legal advisor; this is not legal advice.
What language do you work in?
We work with clients in both Spanish and English, so your team can work with us in whichever it prefers.
How much does an AI project cost for a company in Chile?
It depends on the number of agents and the systems to integrate. Besides implementation, count AI model and WhatsApp usage, which Meta prices differently in each country; we break it down country by country in how much AI implementation costs. We start with a free consultation and deliver a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before charging anything. The first agents reach production in weeks.
