Spidev is an AI company based in Monterrey, Mexico, that works remotely with companies across Mexico and Latin America, including Peru, in Spanish and English. We design, build and operate AI agents that work inside the tools your company already uses — WhatsApp, your ERP, your CRM, email and your spreadsheets — to answer customers, take orders, check electronic invoices and receipts, reconcile Yape, Plin and bank transfer payments and follow up on collections. The first agents reach production in weeks, and then we keep running and tuning them.

What we automate for companies in Peru
These are agents we can build and operate for manufacturers, distributors, retailers, service companies and mining suppliers. Each one works inside your tools and hands a person whatever needs judgment.
01
Supplier e-invoices checked against your ERP
When a supplier sends you its electronic invoice, the agent reads the XML — issuer RUC, amounts and taxes — and matches it against the purchase order and the guía de remisión in your ERP. If everything ties out, it leaves the entry ready; if not, it hands the differences to accounts payable with the detail. More in AI agents for finance & operations.
02
Issued documents without a receipt confirmation
Every day the agent checks the status of the documents you issued in your invoicing system and tells your team which ones have a rejected constancia de recepción (CDR) or don’t have one yet, with the reason. A person decides on and handles the correction and reissue.
03
Shipping guides and deliveries reconciled
Since 2024, shippers and carriers must issue the guía de remisión electronically. The agent matches each guide against the order, the delivery confirmation and the invoice, and flags shipments that are still uninvoiced or show quantity differences. What to do about a difference is decided by a person. See AI for logistics.
04
WhatsApp orders for distributors and retailers
The corner shops (bodegas), stores and customers that buy from you send orders on WhatsApp; the agent shares the catalog and stock, takes item codes and quantities, enters the order in your ERP or Google Sheets and confirms the delivery date. Credit, special discounts and negotiations stay with your sales rep. See AI for distributors.
05
Yape, Plin and bank transfer payments, reconciled
When a customer pays through Yape, Plin or a bank transfer and sends you the screenshot on WhatsApp, the agent reads it, finds the deposit in your bank transactions, matches it to the open order or invoice in your ERP and marks it as collected. Payments it can’t find or that don’t match go to a person on your team with the detail.
06
Collections before and after the due date
Before each due date, the agent sends the reminder with the invoice by email or on WhatsApp, using approved templates; it answers the usual questions — how much do I owe, which account do I pay into — with data from your ERP and logs every payment promise. Late payments, installment plans and sensitive cases go to a person on your team with the full history.
07
WhatsApp customer service with real data
Questions about an order, a shipment, a warranty or an invoice get answered on WhatsApp with data from your CRM or ERP, and every case is logged. Complaints and anything out of the ordinary go to your team with the full conversation. See WhatsApp AI agents.
08
Onboarding new credit customers
When a new customer wants to buy from you on credit, the agent asks them on WhatsApp or by email for their RUC and the documents your credit team requires, checks they are complete and legible, files them in their Google Drive folder and registers the customer in your CRM. A person approves the credit line.
Why AI makes sense in Peru
Your customers are already on WhatsApp: according to OSIPTEL’s Erestel 2025 survey, instant messaging platforms were the digital tools Peruvians used most (68.6%), and 98.6% of their users used WhatsApp. Among people who used a digital wallet, 96.8% used Yape and 25% used Plin.
And the vast majority of companies are small: according to INEI (Perú: Estructura Empresarial, 2024), 96.4% of the country’s formal companies were micro-enterprises and 3.0% were small companies. On top of that, electronic payment documents are generated as XML under the UBL 2.1 standard (Resolución de Superintendencia 164-2018/SUNAT): structured data an agent can read and match against your ERP without anyone typing it in again. Answering, entering orders, checking documents and reconciling payments is repetitive work an agent can take on, so your team spends its time selling and deciding.
Data protection: Ley 29733 and its new regulation
The general rule is Ley 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, from 2011. Its new regulation, approved by Decreto Supremo 016-2024-JUS and published in El Peruano on November 30, 2024, took effect in March 2025 and replaced the 2013 one. The National Personal Data Protection Authority is exercised by the Dirección General de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
For an AI project, the regulation brings three rules to keep in mind. It recognizes people’s right not to be subject to decisions that produce legal effects on them or significantly affect them, including those based solely on automated processing without human intervention. It requires notifying the Authority within 48 hours at most of security incidents that expose large volumes of data, affect many people or involve sensitive data. And it requires those who process large volumes of data or sensitive data to appoint a personal data officer, with phased deadlines for companies based on annual sales, from one to four years after the regulation was published.
In our projects, every agent gets only the permissions it needs, access is managed with OAuth and encrypted keys, every action is logged and a person on your team approves decisions that affect someone. How these rules apply to your project is worth reviewing with your legal advisor: this is not legal advice.
Working with a team in Monterrey
Peru’s official time is UTC−5, according to INACAL. Monterrey is on UTC−6 all year, because since 2022 Mexico only applies seasonal time in some municipalities on the northern border (Ley de los Husos Horarios). Your team is one hour ahead of ours, so we share almost the entire working day. And because the agents work inside your cloud tools — WhatsApp, your ERP, your CRM, email —, what they do doesn’t depend on where we are.
The process is the same as with any company in Mexico: a free AI consultation to understand your operation, a proposal with fixed scope, timeline and price before we charge anything, the first agents in production in weeks and, after that, we run them: we monitor them, tune them and stay accountable for their results. If we don’t see a clear case, we tell you.
If you are comparing options
Our guide on how to choose an AI company is written for Mexico, but its 10 questions work just as well in Peru: whether you can see one of their systems in production, who runs it after delivery and how they will handle your customers’ personal data, among others. Why companies choose Spidev
We build and we operate. You don’t get a prototype and a handoff: we take the agents to production, monitor them and tune them as your operation changes. We stay accountable for the results they deliver.
Fixed price before we charge. The first consultation is free and the proposal comes with fixed scope, timeline and price. If we don’t see a clear case, we tell you.
In production in weeks, not months. We work in short cycles so you see real results from the start, not slide decks.
With the tools you already use. WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, email and spreadsheets: we connect 128+ integrations without making you switch systems.
Your team stays in control. Least-privilege permissions, OAuth and encrypted keys, every action logged, and a person approves anything that matters.
No model lock-in. We run Claude, GPT or whichever model performs best for your operation, and swap it without migrations when a better one appears.

Frequently asked questions
Does Spidev work with companies in Peru?
Yes. Spidev is based in Monterrey, Mexico, and works with companies across Mexico and Latin America, including Peru, in Spanish and English. The agents we build work inside your company’s tools — WhatsApp, ERP, CRM, email —, so what they do doesn’t depend on where the vendor sits.
What does it take to implement an AI agent in a Peruvian company?
A repetitive process with enough volume that lives in digital tools — WhatsApp, an ERP, a CRM, email or spreadsheets — and access to those tools with the minimum permissions the work needs. You don’t have to switch systems: we connect 128+ integrations and, if your ERP is a different one, we connect it if it has an API or can export data.
Does the agent connect to SUNAT?
Not on its own. It reads the XML of the electronic payment documents you receive and issue, and it works inside your ERP, invoicing system and email. Your team decides on and handles issuing or correcting a document.
Which personal data law applies to an AI project in Peru?
Ley 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulation approved by Decreto Supremo 016-2024-JUS, in force since 2025. The authority is the National Personal Data Protection Authority, within the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Review your case with your legal advisor; this is not legal advice.
What language do you work in?
We work with clients in both Spanish and English, so your team can work with us in whichever it prefers.
How much does an AI project cost for a company in Peru?
It depends on the number of agents and the systems to integrate. Besides implementation, count AI model and WhatsApp usage, which Meta prices differently in each country; we break it down country by country in how much AI implementation costs. We start with a free consultation and deliver a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before charging anything. The first agents reach production in weeks.
